Preparation

  • Cut a garlic into slices and fry it in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Make sure the garlic does not burn, as this gives the food a bitter taste.
  • Add fresh and washed spinach or frozen spinach; If you have chosen this last option, cook them with little water and for a few minutes.
  • When done, add the pine nuts and raisins.
  • Transfer the spinach to a source and add the cheese and the chopped boiled egg.
