  • 1 and ½ cup of sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 cups flour.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 3 tablespoons of salt.

For the filling

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter.
  • ¼ cup of peanut or peanut butter.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg.
  • ½ cup of flour.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 pinch of salt.

For the chocolate frosting

  • 120 g of chocolate.
  • ¼ unsalted butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of corn syrup.

For the peanut or peanut glaze

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.
  • ¾ tablespoons of sugar.
  • 1 pinch of salt.

  • First, preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then, and n a container that is microwave – heated chocolate for 30 seconds. Repeat as many times as necessary until melted. Stir each time.
  • Also, in a cup mix the soluble coffee and the cocoa powder.
  • Then add hot water up to ¾ parts of its capacity. You will have a liquid mixture. Also add the milk. Let cool once you integrate it well.
  • In the blender glass, place the butter and sugar. Mix so that everything is homogeneous. Then add the eggs one by one and until the first is integrated, do not add the second and so on.
  • Also, pour  the chocolate already melted and slightly cooled. Keep mixing everything.
  • In a medium bowl, sift the flour, salt and also the baking soda.
  • Then add 1/3 of the milk and ½ of the flour to the previous preparation. When it is well integrated, pour the remaining milk and flour little by little into the blender.

    Preparation of the filling

    • To make the filling you have to place the peanut butter cream and also the unsalted butter and mix to make it smooth .
    • Then add the sugar and the eggs one by one, always stirring well.
    • Also add the salt and flour. Beat well and finally pour the milk. Reservation.

    Baked

    • First, grease a baking dish and pour in half of the chocolate batter.
    • Then distribute the butter filling and cover with the remaining batter.
    • With a knife or spatula you can spread it well. Bake and cook for 50 to 60 minutes.
    • You will realize that it is ready when inserting a toothpick comes out clean and dry.
    • Also, you should let it cool for 20 minutes on the rack before unmolding.

    • While the cake is cooking, prepare the frostings. First, start with the chocolate one.
    • In a saucepan put the butter cut into cubes and also the chopped chocolate.
    • Melt in a double boiler or also in the microwave.
    • Then, remove from the heat and beat. Reservation.

    Preparing the peanut glaze

    • For the peanut glaze, mix the sugar with the butter and also the salt.
    • Afterward, pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
    • When the cake is at room temperature, unmold and cover first with the chocolate glaze and then with the peanut.
    • Also, put in the fridge for 2 hours to harden a bit.
