  14. Stack the crepes between sheets of waxed paper so they don’t stick together as they cool.

  1. In a bowl, place the milk, salt, eggs, lemon, cinnamon and sugar.

  3. Melt some butter in a hot skillet.
  4. Place a tablespoon or two of the crepe mixture to cook, until it begins to form a kind of “air pocket” and separates from the pan. Turn and cook on the other side.
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is finished and stack on a plate.

  1. In a saucepan, heat half the milk, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
  2. Remove when it is about to boil and let cool 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, place the other half of the milk together with the egg yolks, the flour and the sugar, beating well.
  4. Incorporate the mixture into the warm milk while stirring. Place again on the fire until it thickens.
  5. Add the Nutella and the cream to thicken a little more.
