  •  6 large chicken or turkey sausages
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 piece of pumpkin (50 g)
  • ½ cup corn kernels, drained (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (30 g)
  • 2 cups of rolled oats (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper (3 g)
  • A tablespoon of garlic powder (10 g)
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Cover a suitable-sized baking dish with wax paper.
  • Cut the sausages into one centimeter thick slices and set aside.
  • Cook the potatoes in salted water, peel them and mash them in a bowl.
