    • Add the honey and stir with the help of a spoon. Once you get a homogeneous mixture, you can have the syrup.

    4. Water, salt and lemon

    This is one of the classic remedies that helps to relieve the discomfort derived from a sore throat. It consists of the combination of three ingredients: lemon juice, salt and warm water.
